International Shipping
International orders are delivered within 6–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. For international orders below CAD $100, a delivery charge of CAD $20 applies. International orders of CAD $100 or above qualify for FREE shipping.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. SABBSKIN is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
We operate a no-return, no-exchange and no-refund policy, except where the goods you receive are different from what you ordered on our website, or are defective or damaged.
Return Condition
Goods that are returned to us must be in a condition that they can be sold again.
Refund Processing
We will credit any refund for any goods returned and that are in a saleable condition within 2 days of receipt of the goods by us.
Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, we may also provide you with store credit so that you can exchange the goods you want to return for any other items from our website of the same value.
